Minimums.

The initial minimum order is $450. The reorder minimum is $200.

Terms.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise noted. Net 30 terms may be extended at the artist’s discretion. Payment may be made by check, credit card or PayPal.

Lead time.

The average lead time is 10-20 business days. An estimate of the delivery date will be provided at the time of the order. Please keep in mind that each piece is individually handmade.

Exchanges.

Exchanges of undamaged, salable-condition products are accepted. If you’ve noticed a particular piece is just not selling, I will be happy to accept it back and credit your account for the wholesale price. If you wish to exchange, notify me for approval before you ship the item.

Repair.

All Kendra Renee Jewelry is guaranteed. If a customer comes to you with a damaged product, please send them directly to Kendra Renee Jewelry to seek repair. If an item is damaged because of the way it was made, repairs will be made free of charge. Any other repairs are welcome but will be assessed an hourly fee. Lost earrings can be replaced for ½ the price of the original pair.
