The SF Etsy Sampler: A Tasty Trunk Show!

I know I frequently mention upcoming events, but this one is near and dear to my heart.  It’s the SF Etsy Sampler- an event that was actually my idea!

What Fun!

One of our talented team members did the graphic design!

Here’s the story:

SF Etsy is a group of Bay Area Etsy Sellers.  We have weekly meetings, share information, encourage each other’s crafts, and generally support one another in our endeavors trying to sell our artwork.  We have a great blog- www.SFetsy.blogspot.com, and several hundred team members!

The Artist Xchange is an amazing local gallery that carries my jewelry.  They represent tons of great Bay Area artists in their beautiful location in the Mission.  In March, the Artist Xchange announced that they were looking to do more themed shows and special events- so I thought it would be perfect to have an SF Etsy event!  Scott, the owner of the Artist Xchange loved the idea and the Sampler was born.  Etsy headquarters liked our idea too- so much so that they gave us a grant to help make it a success!  The SF Etsy Marketing Team has been tirelessly working to plan the Sampler since March, and we can’t wait to see the fruits of our labor!

Here’s a little info about the Sampler:

Saturday June 12th, 1-6pm at the Artist Xchange, 3169 16th Street, San Francisco.

“Nibble on free refreshments while sampling the superb work of 20 talented Etsy artists from the San Francisco Bay Area. At the SF Etsy Sampler, you’ll find an assortment of awesome art and irresistible handcrafts — delectable jewelry, terrific textiles, fun accessories, beautiful home decor, fabulous fashions, and yummy bath and body treats.

There’s something for every flavor in the SF Etsy Sampler: sweet, spicy, a little bit nutty, rich, dark, or thoroughly decadent.”

For a complete list of artists who will be showing, visit the SF Etsy Blog– you can see images of their work and visit their Etsy shops.

You can also RSVP for the event via Facebook here.  Invite your friends while you’re at it!

I hope to see you there!
