Welcome back… We’ve changed

Kendra Renee Jewelry Design is nearly five years old.  In all that time, we’ve come so far.

I started out as soon as I moved to San Francisco in the fall of 2009.  I had just finished college and I began the process of trying to figure out what I was doing as an artist- what kind of jeweler I wanted to be.  At that time, I was literally working out of a shack with no electricity, no heat, windows, and no running water.   It’s been a long and very fun journey to where I am now.  I work in a bright beautiful studio that has both electricity and running water (imagine!), and I have the help of an amazing assistant.   I’ve tried out a lot of things, had some amazing successes and some fantastic failures, and through it all my work has changed in these past five years more than I could have ever imagined.

It was time for a new look.

Poke around the new site, let me know what you think.  I know it’s a huge departure from what I had- my old branding was light, airy and feminine.  My new look is… well, bolder to say the least.  But it represents me and the new directions I am taking my work more closely than anything ever has.  I hope you enjoy it.
